A headquarters rooted in Montana’s landscape.

Perched in Helena’s South Hills, the new Robert Peccia & Associates headquarters is a thoughtful balance of innovation and place. Designed as both a workplace and a gathering point, the building reflects the firm’s civil engineering legacy while opening its doors to light, views, and community.

Visitors are welcomed beneath striking cantilevered wood canopies before stepping into a sunlit lobby, where wood and steel details connect the two levels with warmth and transparency. Large windows frame vistas of the Elkhorn and Big Belt Mountains, while rooftop decks invite employees to pause, connect, and enjoy the natural beauty that defines Helena.

Every material choice speaks to Montana’s character – refined yet rustic, resilient yet inviting. Achieving LEED® Silver certification, the building demonstrates environmental responsibility through stone-block terraces, native landscaping, and a bioswale that filters stormwater while uniting the site’s two levels of parking.

The result is more than a workplace; it’s a statement of values. By merging natural design elements with sustainable practices, the headquarters honors its setting while creating an inspiring environment for collaboration and innovation.
