This modern concept harmoniously blends simplicity and functionality, incorporating clean lines and sleek edges. A palette of natural materials, including wood, stone, and glass, infuses warmth into the exterior design. The structural framework, characterized by steel columns, beams, and light gauge steel framing, forms the foundation for a versatile facility. It seamlessly accommodates diverse needs, including office and training spaces, a customer-friendly sales floor and showroom, and a warehouse with a service bay for efficient product inventory and distribution.

The facility comes alive after dark with the use of LED lighting and translucent wall panels. The 90,000 sf structure transforms into a glowing beacon, reminiscent of a lantern, casting a welcoming and vibrant aura. The team’s holistic approach and LEED-informed influence ensured that every aspect of the project, from design to execution, aligned seamlessly with Northwest Pipe Fittings’ vision and sustainable goals.
