Elevating financial leadership through community-focused, sustainable design.

This First Security Bank branch situated at the high-traffic intersection of North 19th Avenue and Cattail, makes a bold statement in this thriving community. The branch embodies the bank’s commitment to a comfortable customer experience within an efficient footprint, emphasizing adaptability for future needs. The design features a staggered multi-lane drive-up facility, an inviting open lobby for private meetings and casual interactions, and a community room that boasts panoramic mountain views and seamlessly transitions to a tasteful outdoor space.

The site location, adjacent to the newly constructed walking and biking path along the North 19th corridor, accommodates customers’ needs for accessibility and convenience. Data-driven tools and analyses throughout the design process facilitated energy efficiency and informed cost-effective decisions regarding building performance while promoting occupant health, comfort, and productivity – exemplifies the bank’s commitment to being one of Bozeman’s foremost financial leaders.
