The design of Aspen Crossing at Midtown offers a unique, urban experience reflective of the dynamic culture of Bozeman, Montana. As a mixed-use development, the project offers a variety of commercial, housing, and cultural amenities in a shared, community environment. The main floor offers a restaurant, bar, and leasable space for retail tenants, while office space, a communal lounge, and loft-style apartments occupy the upper floors. The design offers a holistic living experience by integrating work and play into a single, dynamic space. The program aligns with the downtown atmosphere, capturing the essence of Bozeman to deliver a building that forms an architectural and cultural presence organic to the local context.
